This is a great subversion of the sea. It is great that he actually sails the ship occasionally. Having been stopped by the coast guards myself, I wonder how many times emergency calls have been sent out seeing this cruising around the open waters.

Here is a fun play on the term banana boat. I have to imagine an installation of rotting bananas in a gallery has to strike a couple of memories in the old factory glands. I remember one year in High School I was cleaning out my locker and I found a petrified banana, from lunch several months past. Not that this reminds of that artistically, just thought I would share.

Always I am impressed by things that are far beyond my limitations. Pencil tip sculptures are definitely one of those things. My micro motor skills aren’t that developed.
